As a client submitting Job Advertisements, you also agree to refrain from including any personally identifiable information in the content you submit.

Therefore, Peak Hirings assumes no liability for the content provided by users. By using this platform, you agree to hold harmless and release Peak Hirings, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities, whether direct or indirect, resulting from these interactions, to the extent allowed by law.
